These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Slick Coffee Roasters regarding the online sale of specialty coffee to private customers.
2.1. Every order placed with Slick Coffee Roasters is binding. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of force majeure, insufficient stock, incorrect pricing information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. The agreement between Slick Coffee Roasters and the customer is concluded when the customer places an order via the website and payment is completed.
3.1. All prices on the Slick Coffee Roasters website are stated in Euro (€) and include 9 or 21 % VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
4.1. Slick Coffee Roasters strives to ship orders within the stated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Slick Coffee Roasters cannot be held responsible for such delays.
4.2. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. Incorrect address details can lead to additional costs for the customer.
5.1. Slick Coffee Roasters does not accept returns of coffee beans.
5.2. If the customer decides to return the order, the coffee must be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging.
6.1. Slick Coffee Roasters guarantees the quality and freshness of the coffee delivered. If the customer is dissatisfied with the products received, he or she must contact Slick Coffee Roasters within 5 days of receipt to discuss any complaints.
7.1. The customer's personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be provided to third parties without the customer's express permission. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
7.2.0 Mastermate
8.1. Slick Coffee Roasters is not liable for damage or loss resulting from the use of the delivered products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9.1. In the event of force majeure, Slick Coffee Roasters is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. Force majeure means any unforeseen circumstance that makes the execution of the agreement impossible.
10.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes between Slick Coffee Roasters and the customer.
