Coffee beans retain their freshness longer than ground coffee. Grinding the beans just before use provides a much more intense taste experience. Moreover, with whole beans you can adjust the grinding degree to your personal preference.
Single origin coffee beans come from one specific region and often have a unique flavor profile that characterizes that region. Blends are a combination of beans from different regions and are often created to provide a balanced and consistent taste.
Coffee won't necessarily "go bad," but its bold and complex flavors can fade if not stored properly. We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place – in the original packaging or another airtight container.
The roast affects the taste of the coffee. Light roast retains the natural flavors and has a bright, fruity taste. Medium roast has a balanced flavor, and dark roast leads to a richer, smokier flavor with little to no acidity. We roast every coffee at a light to medium roast, to develop optimal flavors.
We strive to have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your coffee, do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the shelf life and freshness of coffee, we do not accept returns of coffee beans and/or ground coffee. However, we are prepared to think in terms of solutions to ensure the best experience possible.

We process orders regularly to ensure that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. We burn all orders every Monday. Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days.
To be sure, you can have your order picked up in our coffee bar located in Workcafe in Heerhugowaard. When paying, check: “Pick up yourself in coffee bar” and we will ensure that the order is ready behind the bar within 3 working days. (You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready for collection)
