There are three main ways in which we obtain our coffee beans: direct trade, via importers or via cooperating import partners. We currently purchase more than 90% of our coffee through direct trade. We roast all our purchased green coffee ourselves in our roasting facility in Amsterdam; from light to medium roast to maximize the individual properties of each coffee bean.
