There are three main ways we source our coffee beans: direct trade, via importers or via cooperating import partners. At the moment we buy over 90% of our coffee via direct trade. We roast all of our purchased green coffee ourselves in our roastery in Heerhugowaard; from light to medium roast to bring out the individual characteristics of each coffee bean to its fullest potential.
